Slash Man is in the upper right corner. Slash Man's stage is basically Jurassic Park. This stegosaurus fires his plates in arcs, and the first few will sail over your head if you're standing immediately in front of it. Shoot it in the head enough times quickly enough to destroy it and move on before it can hit you.



The rest of this area is easily skippable with Rush Jet, but if you don't want to do it the easy way, you can hop across the waterfalls on these logs, and hop across the small platforms, over the stegosaurus, to the ladder. Take out the Spiral Gabyoall with a Danger Wrap and continue up.



This dinosaur is friendly. Hop on its back and it will carry you across the spikes. The homing capabilities of the improved Super Adaptor (with the upgrade you got in Turbo Man's stage) will come in handy here. Keep your shot charged and let it go whenever you see a flying enemy. The dinosaur will hop over gaps, but it will fall into a pit when it reaches a gap it can't cross, so hop off its back onto the next dinosaur. When you reach a platform with a ladder, hop onto it. You can use the Super Adaptor's boost or Rush Jet/Coil to reach an E-Tank to the right. Get it and go back to the ladder and climb up. Take out the enemy in the next area and continue up.



Of course there's a Tyrannosaurus Rex here. Run away until you reach a dead end. Its weak point is its jaw and it's vulnerable to Junk Shield. Bring up your shield and jump so that you're just under its jaw. Don't touch it, you'll take damage. If it positions itself correctly, you can stand on the lower platform and take him out quickly with a couple of successive Junk Shields. Grab the health and move on. Climb the ladder.



This is why we went to Turbo Man's stage first. Use the Scorch Wheel to burn these trees and the bee hives inside of them. The last tree has a ladder above it after you burn it. Use Rush Coil to get up there.



It's Beat! Destroy his cage with a charged shot to set him free. Now he will rescue you if you fall into a pit! What a pal. Climb back down the ladder and head right from the trees.



Tamogodons will hatch from these eggs. They are invincible until they hatch, but they can be destroyed as soon as they are born. Continuously shoot the eggs as they're hatching to make sure you take the enemies out as soon as possible. They're actually not very threatening. Time for the boss.

Slash Man is weak to Freeze Cracker, which you definitely have because you need to get it before you can even access this stage. To a lesser extent, he is also vulnerable to Scorch Wheel. That's good, because Slash Man is actually pretty tough without one of his weaknesses. He's fast, and will quickly hop towards you to slash you. His slashes have a decent amount of range, but they are not projectiles, so you'll want to keep as much distance between you two as possible. Slash Man can jump off the wall, up into the ceiling, and from there he'll drop containers of sticky goo that will reduce your mobility. If they land on you, you won't be able to do anything besides move left or right slowly. Mash the directional pad if this happens. If you walk on goo that's already on the floor, you'll get stuck. He'll slide down the wall (the one opposite whatever wall he last leapt from on his way up) and dive at you. As soon as he starts his dive, move away from him. He'll land where you were standing. Then hit him with a Freeze Cracker. He can also just drop on you if you're directly under him.

Freeze Cracker will cause him to jump up the walls and toss down the goo balls. He won't do his regular jumps and slashes if you hit him with Freeze Cracker whenever you have an opening.

You'll win his Slash Claw for defeating him. This powerful move has a very short range.
